Our newest book is A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, the Family Reading Edition. This book has the same content as our student edition with some unique additions:
- Hardback
- Full Color
- 8.25″ x 11″ (student edition is 5″ x 8″)
- Larger type for easier reading
- A “Read by” section to list who read the story and on what date
- A “Christmas Wishes” section where friends and family can leave Christmas wishes
- It’s more expensive…sorry about that!
Reading A Christmas Carol every Christmas is a great tradition to either start or continue and this book can help you chronicle those readings. We hope it becomes a kind of family heirloom and something you pass down and comment on:
- “Remember when grandpa read this? He did great voices!”
- “How about when Uncle Bob read it? His Scrooge was the best!”
- “Listen to this, here’s what Aunt Colleen wrote in the back.”
You get the idea.
Free Book Contest – Different Rules
For this edition of A Christmas Carol we’ll only be giving away one free book and the plan now is to ask newsletter subscribers to send in their favorite family Christmas stories…real ones…we’ll choose our favorite five, then do a drawing for the winner.
