Draw Asia Volume II is coming along nicely despite some health issues slowing me down this week. Nothing major, just more bumps in the road, sigh.
Warp Speed Photoshop
The cover is ready to go. I love making the covers, although curving all of the bottoms of the little buildings is tedious. I finally figured out how to properly use the “warp” tool on Photoshop and I’m only on cover #6! Woohoo! That’s what you get for pretending to be a graphic artist when you really have no clue.
And the maps are drawn. That takes about 60 layers in photoshop — if you don’t know what that means don’t worry, neither did I when I started. One day I just discovered “Hey! You can do layers in Photoshop!” (Note to self: must take real Photoshop class someday.) Now all I have left to do is put it all together in book form. That takes awhile: formatting the pages, sizing, labeling, etc . . . So it will be a couple of weeks before that’s done.
Thanks again for all your support!
